SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business day of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.
Availability of shipping methods and cost may vary depending on actual shipping address. You will see which delivery service is available to your area once your shipping address is entered.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
As a friendly reminder, all shipping times are calculated in business days and do not include weekends. Due to the holiday vacation and increased order volume, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for expedited shipping delays. We appreciate your patience!

Currently, we ship to the United States and European Countries (France, Germany, United Kingdom).
Service area exclude:Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, affiliated islands of Europe, Amazon warehouse addresses.

REMINDERS
1. European customers must write the IOSS/VAT number on order page. If cannot provide the number, please contact our customer service for more assistance.
2. Please make sure to enter a physical address to avoid any issues with your shipment.
3. Please note that the shipping fee is determined by the order value after any discounts have been applied. Thank you!
4. Customs taxes vary by country and will be charged according to the local customs policies. If you were required to pay a customs fee, please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.
5. If your shipping address is located in a rural community, you may have to pick up your package from your regional post office. For rural or remote regions, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery. We appreciate your patience!
6. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. Here are some alternate options: Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address. Please note that this is done at the discretion of the postal office.

RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. Each product is inspected 2-3 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product or have any problem with your items, please contact us at info@ouilie.com with your order number and a photo of the product in question.
